To book your stay at the Half Moon Hotel, please read the instructions below very carefully.
ADULTS
Adults looking to book rooms for Jamaica Cup Championships, please use the ‘HOTEL ROOM’ checkout below. A description of the hotel rooms available and their rates are listed below. When checking out, please select the number of nights you wish to stay and provide the check-in and check-out date in the fields provided.
JUNIORS

A two-night deposit is required at the time of booking. The cut-off deadline to book your room is March 31, 2019. Please note that refunds are not provided on rooms booked. You may extend your stay while at the event - the hotel will do it’s best to keep you in the same room.

Hotel Rate information
Run of Hotel room: USD $340 per room inclusive of taxes, per night of single/double occupancy, European Plan (includes breakfast buffet) - maximum 2 adults (children over 12 considered adult) - includes any available accommodation in the West Cottage or Hibiscus area. For triple occupancy, extra person charge is $90 plus taxes per person, per night.
Prestige Junior Suite: USD $425 per room inclusive of taxes, per night of single/double occupancy, European Plan (includes breakfast buffet) - maximum 2 adults (children over 12 considered adult). For triple occupancy, extra person charge is $90 plus taxes per person, per night.
6-bedroom Villas: USD $1,800 per Villa inclusive of taxes, per night of single/double occupancy, European Plan (room only, food not inc). Villas come with 6 bedrooms, with either a King bed or two twin beds. They are about a 15-minute walk from the courts but come with 2 complimentary golf carts to shuttle you around the resort. Villa’s are staffed with maid service, a butler and cook and come with a private pool.
Tax = 28% (15% hotel service charge, 10% sales tax and 3% credit card fee). Prices shown upon checkout include tax. All prices include the $4 resort fee per person per night.
Resort rooms are non-refundable. Please only book what you know you need. If you leave early, your room is non-refundable. If you wish to extend your stay during the event, please contact Event Director Jolande Amoraal during your stay and the resort will do it's best to accommodate your request.
